Financial performance:

  • According to the results of 2019, the revenue of the Pioneer Group of Companies has amounted to 40 billion rubles, and its net profit has reached 7.6 billion rubles,
  • EBITDA has increased to 11.6 billion rubles, and the ratio of net debt to EBITDA has become 0.7,
  • The amount of assets is 60.6 billion rubles

Ratings:

The rating indicates the developer’s reliability, financial stability and creditworthiness. Profitability indicators, sales trends, market experience, the availability of a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate projects, as well as access to long-term financial resources are taken into account in the analysis.

  • In November 2019, Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) assigned BBB+(RU) credit rating, with a Stable Outlook, to Pioneer GC JSC.
  • In 2018, Standard&Poor’s (S&P) changed the outlook for Pioneer GC rating from Stable to Positive; the long-term credit rating was confirmed at B-;
  • In April 2018, RAEX (Expert RA), a Russian rating agency, assigned ruBBB credit rating to the Company, and a year later, in April 2019, confirmed the same rating level with a Stable Outlook. In November 2019, Expert RA agency upgraded Pioneer GC rating to ruBBB+, the Outlook is Stable.
  • In 2018, Mosgosexpertiza Rating Department assigned a high reliability rating to the Company;
  • In October 2015, National Rating Agency upgraded Pioneer GC credit rating to A+ on the national scale; a year later, in October 2016, the rating was confirmed, with a favourable outlook.

Moscow:

The total area of the projects is 2.3 million sq. m.

Implemented projects: Avangard residential facility (14,300 sq. m), a residential house in the Korovinskoye Highway (7,700 sq. m), LIFE Lasarevskoye (102,100 m), LIFE-Skhodnenskaya residential quarter (69,800 sq. m), LIFE-Volzhskaya residential quarter (78,800 sq. m), LIFE-Mitinskaya residential quarter (157,400 sq. m.), YE’S apart-hotel and business centre (47,000 sq. m), LIFE-Mitinskaya ECOPARK residential quarter (218,000 m), LIFE-Botanical Garden residential quarter (283,100 sq. m.), educational complex in LIFE-Botanical Garden District (18,300 sq. m).

Current projects: LIFE-Botanical Garden 2 residential quarter (178,000 sq. m), LIFE-Kutuzov residential quarter (230,400 sq. m), YE’S Botanica apart-hotel (51,300 sq. m) Botanica shopping and office centre (83,500 sq. m, YE’S Technopark apart-hotel (54,000 sq. m), LIFE-Warsaw residential quarter (616,000 sq. m).

St. Petersburg:

The total area of the projects is 700,000 sq. m.

Implemented projects: New Colosseum residential house (6,000 sq. m.), New Height residential complex (22,800 sq. m.), house on Arsenalnaya Embankment (10,700 sq. m), Shuvalovskie Vysoty residential complex (87,600 sq. m.), YE’S apart-hotel (44,900 sq. m) and residential complex (71,200 sq. m), total area of 116,200 sq. m, First Line cottage facility (21,500 sq. m.), LIFE-seaside residential quarter (128,800 sq. m), LIFE-Forest residential quarter (45,400 sq. m).
